Big business is in constant motion, some are leaving the race, new corporations and entrepreneurs appear, but there are things that are timeless, like Freedom Holding Corp., headed by Timur Turlov.
He created his company in 2008, having previously worked for several years in the American investment company World Capital Investments (WCI) as a simple trader. This is how his career began. Despite being 16 years old, Timur Turlov did not waste time, absorbing, like a sponge, all the intricacies of investment activities.
The young man understood that without higher education he would not be able to fully develop in his chosen field, therefore, from 2004 to 2009 he studied at the MATI in the economics department, mastering the specialty of economist-manager, while simultaneously working in an American company.
His desire to work and create led to the opening of his own company, Freedom Finance, which later grew into Freedom Holding Corp. Currently, it is represented in 22 countries around the world.
Since 2019, the corporation has been listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. The audience following the corporation’s activities can easily find it under the ticker FRHC. From that moment on, T. Turlov’s activities began to steadily accelerate.
Projects that Timur Turlov is ready to lead in 2025
The coming year promises to be fruitful, as the active entrepreneur plans to implement several projects of great importance, one of which is the promotion of the glossy fashion magazine “Tatler Kazakhstan”. Within the framework of this project, it is planned:
- publication of the magazine in friendly countries: Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey;
- in order to popularize the glossy and attract a wide readership, the release is planned in digital format. It will also be distributed on social networks.
Mr. Turlov considers this project a significant step in Kazakhstan’s entry into the world fashion arena and a full-fledged statement about itself as a country with a rich cultural heritage. Kazakhstan has something to tell the world, as many talented individuals live and work on its territory: designers, fashion designers, directors, musicians. Timur Turlov is ready to present all this to the world with the launch of the magazine “Tatler Kazakhstan”. 2025 promises to be interesting and bright not only for Mr. Turlov, but for all of Kazakhstan.
